In an academic + learning setting we tend to beg, borrow and steal creatively from one another to enhance and build on a new design project – call it creative commons open source; however, some would probably say plain theft. Even though students can “get away with this to a certain extent, when one enters into the ‘real world’ it tends to be a bit more hazardous – i.e. costly.
