The Exploris Museum
Classes starting. I’ve created a blog for this particular lecture/practice class on creativity in management… we’ll be introduced to various models exploring creativity and the workplace; equally important will be off-site classes held at local businesses involving conversations with executives on the issue of creative thinking. So, it’s creativity development and management from the business perspective. The off-site visits look very intriguing (NC Symphony, Exploris, Red Hat, SAS, etc.) and I hope to catalog those as they occur.

The ‘real-life’ (yes, it’s a real working product development project) project my group is working is the “redesign” of Exploris Museum, which at present is failing far behind expectations from investors, the community and the City of Raleigh… we’ll be specifically addressing the “Museum Experience” and refining/redefining the museum stores. We have some big picture ideas and are working to narrow them down…
